The recipe took me less than 20 minutes and tasted so good, I didn't make any changes to the recipe I found on Paleo Spirit. So unfortunately, I can't take credit for the recipe, but I can take credit for the effort.
Coco-Nut Date Balls
Makes about 10 Balls
- 1/2 cup raw Almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 6 medjool dates (pitted and chopped)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
In food processor, process almonds until chopped.
Add coconut flakes and continue to pulse for 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped dates and pulse until well combined. Add 1 tsp coconut oil and pulse 30 sec to minute to make mixture sticky.
Take mixture and form 10 small balls.
