I missed last week's Fitness Friday, but I'm back this week with a great workout. This uses resistance bands and can be done anywhere, especially when you're on the road and want to get your workout in. I love resistance bands because number one they are so easy to transport. When I used to travel for work, I always brought my resistance bands with me, and did my workouts in the hotel room. They also have various resistances, so you don't have to worry about not "lifting" heavy enough. I actually did P90x using resistance bands and had pretty good results.
Some other reasons resistance bands are amazing are because they require use to use coordination and balance, conditioning your body in more than one way. You can work out a variety of muscles, and aren't limited to one area.
